The Jones family built the Advance Care Home right next door to St. George Senior Living for one simple reason: when a resident’s needs grow beyond daily assistance, they shouldn’t have to leave everything familiar behind. The same family ownership, the same staff culture, and the same faith-based values carry right through the front door.
Located at 11761 Legacy Place — just steps from our Senior Living home — the Advance Care Home is purpose-built for residents living with memory loss or complex medical needs, yet it is designed to feel nothing like a hospital. Warm common spaces, home-prepared meals, and staff who know every resident by name make all the difference.

If a resident’s care needs change, the transition between homes happens on familiar ground — same family ownership, same staff culture, and no need to adjust to an entirely new environment.
We’re located at 11761 Legacy Place in St. George — approximately 5 minutes from the east edge of Manhattan along Highway 24. It’s an easy drive for families throughout Riley and Pottawatomie counties.
