General requirements for employment include:
- Desire to work with Seniors and understanding of their needs
- Must pass a pre-employment personal and criminal background check
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to navigate electronic devices like iPod and computer
- State certification/license
- Free of communicable disease
