Home of the Flint Hills was founded in 2016 to provide seniors with a progressive Senior Living Communities. We wanted to provide residents with a warm, welcoming, family atmosphere complemented by top-notch care in a state-of-the-art community. We opened our doors in early 2018, and have since opened other homes in Kansas.
In our community each resident has their private suite and bathroom, and is provided with the opportunity to build friendships and connections with those around them. The culture within our walls is faith-based and focused on helping residents live full, enriched lives, while receiving the personalized care and support they need to maintain independence and quality of life. Our goal is to allow the residents to stay in this home through all stages of aging.
In addition to our senior living and memory care services, we also provide adult daycare and respite stay, which includes supervision, social activities, meals, and varying levels of medical services. All of these services are designed to give caregivers much needed time to give themselves breaks throughout the day or to enjoy a long vacation away knowing their loved ones are being cared for.

It is our vision to provide a beautiful, residential setting that offers the highest standard of care, with a culture of caregivers and residents establishing friendships and viewing each other as family. Ultimately, it is important to us that our residents feel like they are at home.
Our staff upholds the values of compassion, integrity, honor, and dignity in the highest regard toward the residents we serve with person-centered care. This is an innovative way of thinking and a relatively new concept in retirement living. Our main focus is on our residents’ wishes and desires, taking into account their medical and social needs. We use a flexible approach, meeting needs in a way that best suits each individual resident.
Our mission, vision, and values all center around providing our residents with the care and support they deserve through a faith-based organization that honors Jesus Christ. We strive to have a lasting, long-term impact on the lives of our residents, employees, and our local community.

Through our Charity Arm, we are proud to give back to those less fortunate than us. We are proud supporters of the King’s Ransom Foundation, which provides support to widows, orphans, the poor, and the homeless here in the United States and across the world.
